Update

This week I have been trying to decide how I will change certain scenes to cope with the continuity problem regarding the snowy weather, I will update my blog with the information of whether I will shoot the rest of the sequence without filming the ground or re-shoot the most of the opening scene.

Update

Recently I have been making plans for my next shoot, so far I have filmed around 40 minutes of footage over 3 different shoots. I have a continuity problem with my footage because I shot it during snowy weather conditions, so unless it snows again I may have to reshoot certain parts of my film. I plan to finish or at least film a large amount of the ending next weekend. I have also noticed a few problems with the footage itself and have made a list of how to improve, these are mostly continuity problems with certain things in the frame that could be unnoticeable, but I think I should correct regardless.

First 2 Mins of Footage (Very Rough)

This video is incomplete at the moment, when the screen goes blank its shows where the shot is missing (that I still need to film), the timing is roughly the same as I wanted except for the blank screens (leaving extra space for my editing in the edit suit) so this three minute rough edit is actually around the first two minutes of my film. When I complete my filming I will upload a more clear edit, although so far I am fairly happy with the footage.

Film Animatic (unfinnished)

For the Animatic I scanned my storyboard into a computer and cut out each individual frame to fit the screen in Windows Movie Maker, the timing in this video is roughly what I want my actual film to be, I also added in some simple effects that will be similar to the ones I will use in my films edit to make the Animatic more of a clear representation of my creative project.
